Today I have swatches of (and some tips for applying) the Emily de Molly "Cosmic Forces", "Oceanic Forces" and "Dark Forces" :)
I actually heard some customers had problems with these colors, the application and the drying time, and getting the circles on the brush. So here is what I did:
I placed all the bottles upside down for a few minutes. If you do this the large circles will come easier on your brush.
I started off with a base coat (Cult Nails Get it On has been a favourite of mine for quite some time now). After dry, I applied a very thin coat of the polish without taking any large glitters on the brush, remember this one is with a jelly base so you have to build it up to coverage. I also put on a second coat without any large glitters. In the third coat I put on the circle glitters and I hardly had to fish at all after them. I also used an orange stick to move the circles where I wanted them. And to get full coverage and some layering effect I put on a fourth coat.
To get it to dry I first used the Nailstation Dry Drops and some CND Solar Spray, finishing it all off with the Cult Nails Wicked Fast topcoat. I did not have any more problems with these polishes than other independant glitters. The Dark Forces were a little thick, so it were more difficult than the others, but remember, use thin coats.
Pictures are taken with flash. I tried to take without flash but it didn't quite show the effect correctly I think.
