I think it's important to be honest and open about one thing. I try to treat all my customers the same way, even if they just buy some striping tape or place regular large orders. Because of the technology though, there are some things that are impossible to do in a fair way.
Yesterday I had an issue with a personal discount code being used for a large group buy. I would like to remind you that the 50% discount codes for frequent shopper awards are personal and that is stated in the shops Terms & Conditons as well as on the page for the Awards. My first instincts told me to cancel this purchase, as I have cancelled multiple bottle purchases before and that it was so clear that it were not personal. BUT after sleeping on it and getting advice from my husband - I decided to turn around and make it the other way around. Because of this there will be a 50% FLASH discount sale tomorrow just for a few hours. Special terms & conditions will apply to this sale, so stay tuned for more details.
I will still be cancelling multiple bottle purchases and what appears to be group orders if it's not agreed on in advance, as before. But I am going to honor this one because I felt bad about cancelling this order and disappointing so many girls.
Also, I am fast forwarding new automatic system and will be ending the 50% discount codes as of right now to avoid any more of these situations. I am asking all of you that were aiming to get the discount this month will rather purchase on the flash sale tomorrow. All customers will be starting at 0 in the new program. I think that is the most fair way to do it. I have been working on this new system for some time now and it's all ready to launch. I will be spending the weekend to get it up.
Also notice that the customers that already has got the 50% discount code still can use it but it do have a 4 month limit of using them. Gift cards/codes does however not expire.
